Manipur: The main accused, who allegedly paraded naked women in Manipur incident has been arrested. The accused has been identified as Khowerum Heradas. The police arrested him this morning.
According to police, Heradas is 32 years old. The police identified him from a viral video, in which he is visible wearing green T-shirts. According to Manipur police, Heradas is the main accused in this matter. The viral video of women in Manipur is being reported of May 4. As per the video two women of a community were paraded naked on the roads by some people of the other side. This incident has shocked the entire nation.
