The ED initiated probe under the PMLA on the basis of an FIR registered by the Vigilance Police Station, Bhubaneswar, against Pratap and his wife Sasmita under various sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act for amassing disproportionate assets to the tune of Rs 14.88 crore.
