Actor Allu Arjun gets bail from Telangana High Court…

News Edition 24 Desk: Superstar Allu Arjun has been granted interim bail by the Telangana High Court. Earlier, the lower court had ordered him to be sent to judicial custody for 14 days. This means that the ‘Pushpa’ fame actor will no longer stay in Chanchalguda Central Jail for 14 days.

It may be mentioned that on December 4, during the premiere of ‘Pushpa-2’, a huge crowd had gathered at Hyderabad’s Sandhya Theater. During this, a stampede broke out and 39-year-old woman Revathi died of suffocation and her 9-year-old son suffered serious injuries. Many people were injured in the incident. The deceased woman’s husband had filed a complaint against Allu Arjun and the theater management, accusing them of negligence. After this, a case was registered against the actor, his security team and the theater management on December 5.

On the morning of December 13, Allu Arjun was arrested by the police in this case. He was arrested on charges of sensationalism and negligence. After this, he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. However, his lawyer appealed for interim bail in the Telangana High Court, which was granted.

The husband of the deceased woman has said that he will withdraw the case after Allu Arjun’s arrest. He said that he has no personal enmity with the actor. After this incident, Allu Arjun has asked his team and theater management to pay attention so that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
