
Bring Public Welfare Schemes of the state with in the reach of common man – Collector Vineet Nandanwar.
Dantewada: In the Time Limit (TL) meeting held on Tuesday, Collector Vineet Nandanwar, issued directives to officials of different departments. In the meeting, the Collector said that the public welfare schemes of the state should be taken to the common people to facilitate them. He also stressed for the need of facilitating eligible beneficiaries with Forest Rights Lease. Special emphasis should be laid on making the beneficiaries of forest rights leases economically self-sufficient by connecting them with other livelihoods as well.
He said that the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park is an ambitious plan of the RIPA government. Initiate measures to beneficial more and more people through various livelihood-oriented activities under RIPA. As per the intention of the state government, work is being done to strengthen the rural economy and make them self-reliant by providing employment. Due to which more people will get employment.
The Collector gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials for the under-construction houses being constructed in the district under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
Considering monsoon rains, the Collector asked about the health related facilities for seasonal diseases and also took detailed information about the malaria-free campaign. The Collector took detailed information regarding the recruitment of children and conduct of classes in all the schools. He instructed to ensure 100 percent attendance of children in all schools. He instructed the concerned to visit the ground level.
Taking information related to Navagurukul, said about proper management. He instructed to complete the survey work for installation of towers at the proposed places in the district and start them soon. In view of the upcoming elections, the Collector gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials and said that no voter should be deprived of voting. Divisional Officer Mr. Sagar Jadhav, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Kumar Bishwaranjan, Additional Collector Mr. Sanjay Kannauje, Joint Collector Mr. Surendra Thakur, along with departmental officers were present in the meeting.
