Raipur. According to the announcement of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, no fee is being charged for the examinations of Vyapam. This year Vyapam is conducting sevaral examinations. For the convenience of the examinees, arrangements have been made to create profiles of examinees on Vyapam’s website, so that they will be able to fill applications for various examinations easily.
In this system the candidate does not have to fill the information in the application again and again. So far 7,80,117 profiles have been created on Vyapam’s website and 12,26,024 applications have been filled through them.
An opportunity of about 20 days was given to rectify the mistakes online in the profile created on the website. It is not advisable to modify the profile online after the last date for filling the application form as it is likely to leave mistakes in the application form. Therefore, after the last date of filling the application form, it has been made mandatory to come to Vyapam to improve the profile through offline method and Rs 200 is being charged as fine for not improving the profile online even after the opportunity of 20 days.
This is necessary so that applicants are careful while filling the online application. It is also necessary to mention here that so far only 2182 applicants have come to Vyapam and needed to improve their profile through offline method, which is only 0.002 percent of the total profiles. Vyapam is also going to provide facility to link profile with Aadhaar soon. After this, no applicant will need to come to Vyapam to improve the profile through offline method. Applicants will be able to improve their own online by linking with Aadhaar’s profile.
