Complete construction work of the buildings soon – Collector Mr. Haris S….

Sukma : In the Time Limit (TL) meeting held on Tuesday Collector Haris S directed the officials to complete construction works of Devguri and Mataguri soon. He instructed to store ration by taking demand drafts from all ration shops in order to give benefits to the beneficiaries of the food grains assistance scheme regularly. At the same time, he asked to issue a list for the operation of the newly constructed PDS buildings. The Collector further instructed the concerned officials to procure cow dung regularly in all Gothans. Also asked to initiate measures for sale of vermi compost and payment of pending dues.


Taking information about the works of RIPA being conducted in Errabor, Nagalgunda as well as other Gothans, the women of the group were asked to sell the goods produced and benefit them. At the same time, he asked to purchase the raw material for the goods produced in RIPA through C-Mart. Along with this, on the lines of RIPA operated in rural areas, instructions were given to expand the activities of UPA by completing construction works soon in urban areas as well. In the meeting, instructions were given to submit the utility certificate of the second installment of the Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club Scheme and to make available the development block level list of Chhattisgarh Olympic Games winners along with their account numbers.


The collector asked to verify pending applications of farmers registered under Pradhan Mantri Samman Nidhi, Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana and provide benefits. Instructed to make caste certificates of the students deprived of the scholarship scheme and provide them benefits. Also, in order to give the benefit of caste certificate facility along with the birth of the child, the hospital was asked to prepare the caste certificate by taking the necessary documents including the birth certificate of the newborn from the eyelids every day. In the meeting, along with speedy completion of the works of Swami Atmanand School Building, School Jatan Yojana with quality, it was said to keep uniformity in the coloring of the buildings.


The Collector also took information about the eighth phase of malaria-free Chhattisgarh campaign. Gave instructions to increase the sale of medicines in the shops operated under the Dhanwatari scheme. Discussions were held in the meeting to start the weekly Haat market, KCC registration, community forest rights certificate, disposal of pending applications for Landless Agricultural Laborer Scheme, Mitan scheme, Mazar Tola electrification, payment of pending dues of cow dung paint. District level officers and employees including Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat DN Kashyap, SDM Sukma Ms. Preeti Durgam, SDM Konta Srikant Korram were present on this occasion.
