News Edition 24 Desk: Bhopal: Farmers are being cheated in Madhya Pradesh. But now this fraud will not be tolerated at any cost. Yes, this was announced recently by Kamal Patel, Minister-in-charge of Kisan Kalyan and Krishi Vikas and Khargone districts of the state. He says, “Good governance will be established in Khargone district. The dishonest will be punished and the honest will be rewarded. Those who sieve the Maa Narmada will be in jail.” In fact, recently, the Minister had arrived in Mardalia to address the dedication ceremony of Naveen Mirchi Mandi. He said, “Mirchi Mandi will be further expanded with an amount of Rs 5 crore.”
At the same time, the Minister, Shri Patel also said, “The canal road will be developed to reach Mirchi Mandi from Bedia early. He also called upon the farmers to sell their produce inside the mandi. If the farmers sell their produce within the mandi, the entire responsibility of their payment will be the responsibility of the Agricultural Produce Market and the Agriculture Department. No farmer will be allowed to fall prey to fraud.” He also said, “The necessary process of naming Mirchi Mandi after Thakur Nandkumar Singh Chauhan will be completed. All necessary action will be taken to establish good governance in the Khargone district. No latency will be tolerated. Strict action will be taken against the miscreants.”
Agriculture Minister Patel also said, “Sand will not be allowed to be excavated from poklen machines in Narmada. No village will allow illegal liquor, betting, gambling. Dishonest and useless officers, employees will be punished and honest people will be rewarded.” Speaking at the dedication ceremony, Barwah MLA Sachin Birla appreciated the work being done by the Agriculture Minister in the interest of farmers. He also said, “The farmers who were cheated by traders in Sanawad Mandi got back 4.82 crore rupees only through the efforts of Agriculture Minister Shri Patel.”
The function was also addressed by regional MP Gajendra Singh Patel, Rajya Sabha member Sumer Singh Solanki, former MP Krishnamurari Moghe, former MLA Hitendra Singh Solanki. A large number of farmers and officials from all departments of the district were present at the function.
