Strong storm wreaks havoc in CRPF camp, 10 soldiers injured…

Chhattisgarh. Tin roofs of several barracks in CRPF battalion camp were blown off due to strong wind in Jagdalpur. A detailed assessment of the damage caused in this incident has not been done yet. However, a loss of around Rs 30 lakh has been estimated. CRPF Deputy Commandant Vishal Vaibhav has given this information. He told that the situation worsened due to the storm, 10 jawans were injured who are undergoing treatment.

It may be mentioned that on Friday, the maximum temperature in Jagdalpur was recorded at 36 degrees and the minimum temperature was 24 degrees. After the change of weather, the temperature dropped by 1 degree. After the rains, the weather has become pleasant at other places including Jagdalpur, Dantewada. According to the Meteorological Department, even today there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in Chhattisgarh.
