Make meaningful efforts for effective implementation of public welfare schemes – Collector Haris S.

Collector gave instructions in the Time Limit meeting..

Sukma, 27 August 2024/ Along with the marked village of Niyada Nellnar Yojana, working in 100% saturation mode in all the villages of the district, the villagers can get the benefits of the public welfare schemes of the government on time. This meaningful effort should be made by all the departments. Along with this, Collector Shri Haris S. gave instructions in the Time Limit (TL) meeting to resolve the pending cases like pension, job card, labor registration within a week by giving priority to the eligible beneficiaries identified in the door to door survey.

In the meeting, necessary guidelines were given to all the departments for the remaining Aadhar cards in the district. Instructions were given to regularly update information such as Ayushman Card, Caste Certificate being made by the concerned department under the Niyyad Nellnar Scheme in the portal and to conduct a survey in coordination with the Forest Department for FRA lease. The Collector said that there is a need to be vigilant to maintain law and order. Instructions were given to the concerned officials to take strict action in case of violation of law and order.

While reviewing the cases and letters pending for the time limit, he directed the officials to ensure that the cases are resolved within the time limit so that the villagers can get the benefits of the public welfare schemes of the government on time. While reviewing the implementation of Niyad Nellnar Yojana during the meeting, he emphasized on bringing the latest progress in the construction works and benefiting 100% of the villagers from the individual schemes. Instructed the concerned SDM to prevent seasonal diseases including dengue in the aspirational block Konta. Asked to complete the construction work of School Jatan Yojana with quality at the earliest. Expressed displeasure over the pending online entry of the remaining beneficiaries in the district under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana.

National Nutrition Month 2024 will be organized from 01 September to 30 September, under which a workshop was organized on Tuesday. Also gave necessary instructions regarding the weight festival. During the meeting, the Collector directed to resolve the applications received in Jandarshan soon. Additional Collector Shri Gajendra Thakur, Collector Shri Suraj Kashyap, SDM Tehsildar and other district level officers were present in the meeting.
