Kanker: An encounter is reported going on between security forces and Naxalites in Kanker district of Chhattisgarh. More details are awaited. The local police have confirmed the encounter.
According to reports the joint team of DRG and BSF was out on patrol. During patrol the forces came face to face with the Naxalites. Bastar IGP P Sundaraj has confirmed the encounter.
Threat to cut off hands and legs:
The Naxalites have once again instilled fear in the people by putting up banner posters in Narayanpur. This time, in the banner poster of Naxalites, the name of Sarpanch and Deputy Sarpanch has been given threat of life. Naxalites have spread sensation in the area by pasting this banner poster on Sunday night.
