News Edition 24 Desk: Raipur. In Chhattisgarh, 81 thousand 301 patients have recovered from Corona in the last one week (May 8 to May 14). This is 11 thousand 493 more than the new corona infected found in the state during this period. The recovery rate is continuously increasing due to effective measures being taken by the state government to control the corona infection. At present, the state’s recovery rate has reached 86 percent. The positivity rate is also declining day by day. At the beginning of last week, on May 8, the state’s positivity rate was 20 percent, which has come down to 12 percent on May 14.
The number of sample investigations to identify corona infections is also increasing continuously. Last week, a total of four lakh 41 thousand 276 samples were tested. During this period, 63 thousand 034 samples have been tested on an average daily. Out of 81 thousand 301 patients who were cured of corona in the last week, 76 thousand 767 have beaten the corona by getting treatment in home isolation and four thousand 534 in Kovid hospitals and Covid care centers. During this, 11 thousand 641 on 8 May, 12 thousand 810 on 9 May, 12 thousand 567 on 10 May, 12 thousand 440 on 11 May, 9035 on 12 May, 12 thousand 274 on 13 May and ten thousand 444 patients on 14 May. Since the onset of corona infection in the state, seven lakh 72 thousand 500 people have beaten the corona. Out of these, 6 lakh 34 thousand 133 people with mild or no symptoms of infection have got healthy by getting treatment in home isolation.
