New Delhi:Paying tribute to the father of the nation on his death anniversary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday that Mahatma Gandhi’s ideals inspire millions.
On Twitter PM Modi said, “Tribute to the great Bapu on his death anniversary. His ideals continue to inspire millions. On Martyrdom Day we remember the heroic sacrifices of all the great women and men who dedicated their life for the nation.”
Remembering Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary President Ram Nath Kovind tweeted, ‘I pay a humble tribute to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on behalf of a grateful nation. We should follow his ideals of peace, non-violence, simplicity, purity of means and humility. Let us pledge to follow his path of truth and love.’
