News Edition 24 Desk: The All India Congress Committee has appointed secretaries and joint secretaries in many states including Chhattisgarh. In Chhattisgarh, Sampat Kumar, Jarita Laitphlang have been given the responsibility of secretary and Vijay Jangid has been given the responsibility of joint secretary.
