Whereas, they are equivalent to the Chief Secretaries of the states. There, the time to reach the office is nine o’clock, not to return. You can ask the officers who have just returned from Delhi, how work is done there. Collector level officers have to come to the office by sharing the car. Joint Secretary gets one car. There is no vehicle for Mem Sahibs and children. Whereas, in Chhattisgarh, no IAS has less than three vehicles. Now it is heard that after installing the biometric system, GAD is going to inspect the vehicles.
Who has how many vehicles. The finance department is also worried about the state of the treasury. Actually, officers get only one vehicle from the departmental pool, there are boards and corporations in their department, they hire vehicles from them for 50 thousand to 75 thousand rupees.
