Sukma: A new cyber crime has come to light in the district, where unknown persons are demanding money from people by creating fake IDs in the name of Sukma Collector Shri Devesh Kumar Dhruv. This fraud is being done mainly through WhatsApp, in which the criminals are trying to dupe people by using the name and photo of the Collector.
Collector Devesh Kumar Dhruv has appealed to the general public of the district to be cautious of such fraud and not to trust messages coming from any unknown number 70114-93190. Sukma Collector Devesh Kumar Dhruv has also clarified that such messages are never sent for any kind of financial assistance or funds. If anyone faces such suspicious activities, they should immediately inform the local police or cyber cell. Collector Devesh Kumar Dhruv has also said that strict legal action will be taken against such criminals.
