In the last hearing, the Supreme Court rejected the apology of Ramdev and Balkrishna and asked them to file an affidavit and respond to the contempt of court case.

The court had said that why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against Ramdev?

Hearing was held in both the cases

The Supreme Court said on the second affidavit given by Ramdev and Balkrishna, “We do not have to be generous.” The Supreme Court also reprimanded the Uttarakhand government for not taking action on Patanjali’s misleading advertisements.
